Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring an Assistant Controller for a high-growth manufacturing organization in Centennial, CO. This is a strategic accounting leadership role reporting directly to the Controller and partnering closely with company leadership to improve financial operations, reporting accuracy and organizational performance.

 

Job Highlights:

• Lead month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage accounts payable, reconciliations and cash flow activities
• Assist with financial reporting and internal controls
• Drive ERP optimization and accounting process improvements
• Develop KPIs and support cost accounting analysis
• Lead and develop accounting team members
• Serve as a key business partner to leadership

What We Look For:

• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience
• 3+ years of accounting leadership/supervisory experience
• Manufacturing accounting experience highly preferred
• Strong ERP system experience (Syteline, IQMS, SAP or Sage preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven history of driving process improvements and results
