Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring a Principal Manufacturing Engineer – Injection Molding for a high-level technical leadership opportunity in Centennial, CO. This role will serve as the organization’s subject matter expert and technical authority for injection molding operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.

 

Job Highlights:

• Lead enterprise-wide injection molding strategy and standards
• Serve as technical authority for tooling, process engineering and molding systems
• Support capital equipment planning, automation and manufacturing scalability
• Drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
• Partner with leadership on manufacturing strategy and facility growth
• Support major tooling launches and technical problem solving
• Influence large-scale operational improvements across facilities

What We Look For:

• 15+ years of injection molding manufacturing experience
• Deep expertise in scientific molding and tooling engineering
• Strong experience with process optimization and capital projects
• Background supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks working knowledge
• Strong business acumen and leadership presence
• Proven history driving measurable operational improvements
