Location: Columbia, SC
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 annually ($24 - $28/hour)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to join our Columbia office. This role will support attorneys and clients with estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters. The ideal candidate has direct experience in this area of law, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
-Assist with probate filings and estate administration processes
-Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
-Maintain organized client files, calendars, and deadlines
-Support attorneys with case management and legal document preparation
-Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and court requirements

Qualifications:
-Required: Direct experience in estate planning and probate law
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Experience with Clio is a plus
-Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach

Monday Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
