Assistant Property Manager – Contract Opportunity

📍 Eastern Colorado Springs | 🕒 Full-Time (M–F, 8–5) | 💼 Contract Position

We’re partnering with a large, well-established organization within a highly regulated transportation and infrastructure environment to hire an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. This role supports day-to-day property operations, tenant coordination, lease administration, and contract compliance across a dynamic portfolio of facilities and commercial spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support daily property management operations for commercial facilities and tenant spaces
• Assist with lease administration, permits, licenses, and contract tracking
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments regarding property needs and facility use
• Conduct tenant walkthroughs, compliance inspections, and follow-up documentation
• Help monitor lease compliance, property use agreements, and operational standards
• Maintain organized records for contracts, leases, tenant files, and property documentation
• Assist with reviewing development plans, tenant improvement requests, and facility-related projects
• Track operational data, revenue activity, and reporting metrics
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, maps, and supporting documentation for leadership and operations teams
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing property and facilities initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Public Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in property management, assistant property management, leasing, contracts administration, or facilities coordination
• Experience supporting tenants, leases, vendors, or commercial property operations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to read and interpret leases, agreements, and property-related documents
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a compliance-driven and highly regulated environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in commercial property management or multi-tenant facilities
• Background in transportation, infrastructure, or public-sector environments
• Familiarity with lease compliance, tenant coordination, or facilities operations
• Experience working with contracts, permits, or vendor agreements
