Position Overview

We are hiring a Driver Merchandiser Assistant to support delivery routes in the Mesquite area. This role involves riding along with a driver to retail locations, assisting with unloading, stocking, and merchandising products. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for candidates who enjoy active work and being on the move.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Support

• Ride with delivery driver to retail locations
• Help unload and transport products using hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Move products from back rooms to shelves, coolers, and display areas

Stocking & Merchandising

• Stock shelves and replenish product as needed
• Rotate inventory (FIFO) to ensure product freshness
• Build and maintain product displays
• Clean and organize shelves, coolers, and display areas

Backroom & Inventory

• Keep backroom organized and properly stocked
• Identify damaged or defective product
• Assist with basic paperwork and inventory tasks

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working early mornings and varying route schedules
• Team-oriented with strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work alongside a driver at all times

Safety & Work Guidelines

• Steel-toe boots required (6” high, slip-resistant, puncture-resistant with protective toe)
• Temperature checks may be required before entering the facility
• Must follow all safety guidelines and site rules
• Professional appearance: solid color (red, black, or gray) non-logo shirt
