Salary: $16.75

Machine Operator Position

Shift- 3:00pm -1:00am Mon – Thurs. Will be required to work mandatory overtime which would be on Friday and or Saturday.

Pay is $17.25 this includes the sift differential

Key Responsibilities

Operate decking machinery and production equipment according to company procedures
Set up machines for daily production runs, including adjustments for size, material, and specifications
Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production
Measure, cut, and assemble decking materials to exact specifications
Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machinery
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety policies
Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper use of protective equipment
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly
Assist team members as needed to meet daily production goals
