Description:

To coordinate and achieve daily tasks related to Customer Account Management, Order Processing, and Customer Service.

  • Understand and utilize ERP system as it pertains to Customer Orders.
  • Support the mission statement, the quality policy, the business plan, and all other company initiatives.

Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Confirm order details, pricing, and ship dates with customers.
  • Review inventory levels to ensure orders meet requested due dates.

Communicate order status, delays, or changes to customers in a timely manner.

  • Review pricing and escalate discrepancies for requotes as needed.
  • Provide customers with required documentation, including certifications and packing slips.
  • Upload or confirm shipments in customer portals as required.
  • Print and distribute daily work orders.
  • Perform daily cycle counts of finished goods inventory locations.
  • Scan and organize Bills of Lading (BOLs), certifications, and First Article Inspections (FAIS).
  • Maintain monthly bulletin board updates.
  • Coordinate company events and team activities as needed.

 

  • Work closely with Management to meet On Time Delivery requirements. Work closely with internal departments to resolve order constraints and improve workflow.

 Assist in training new associates as needed.

  • Achieve work assignments to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Fill in for alternate key areas of the facility as needed.

Experience:

2+ years of Customer Service, Order Processing, or Inside Sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Work around other individuals.
  • Ability to respond quickly to sounds.

PPE Required:

Wear all PPE correctly when and as required.
