This position involves sewing mattress covers using nylon and vinyl materials, operating sewing machines, and working alongside team members to complete larger products. The environment is climate-controlled and designed for consistent production workflow.Key Responsibilities:-Sew mattress covers using nylon and vinyl materials-Operate sewing machines to assemble and finish products-Attach labels and complete final stitching of covers-Work with team members on larger items when needed-Maintain consistent production output and quality standards-Keep work area clean and organizedRequirements:-Ability to sit or stand for extended periods-Comfortable with repetitive hand and arm movements-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs-Strong attention to detail and quality-Previous sewing experience preferred but not required-Industrial sewing experience is a plus (higher pay rate)-Closed-toe shoes required (pants or shorts allowed)Work Environment:-Climate-controlled facility-Production-based sewing environment-Team-oriented workflow for larger items-Large Spanish-speaking workforce (bilingual candidates a plus)-Earbud/headphone allowed (one ear only)Additional Information:-No drug screen required-No background check required- Benefits offeredAPPLY TODAY!!!
