Omnichannel Manager (Marketplace Listings Focus)

Role Summary

The Omnichannel Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling product listings across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other third-party retail websites. This role ensures accurate, uniform, and high-performing product content, actively manages customer feedback and product reviews to maintain strong ratings, and drives sales growth and consistency across all sales channels. 

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Listing Management

  • Own and manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Home Depot, and additional online marketplaces.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product titles, descriptions, bullets, images, A+ content, attributes, and variations
  • Ensure listings meet each platform’s content standards, taxonomy, and compliance requirements
  • Upload, manage, and maintain B2B product catalogs, including SKU setup, attributes, pricing structures, and content tailored to business customers and wholesale platforms.

Content Optimization & SEO

  • Optimize listings for marketplace search (keywords, backend attributes, categorization)
  • Improve conversion through enhanced content, imagery, and merchandising best practices
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify content and positioning opportunities

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor key marketplace KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, sales, Buy Box performance, and content health
  • Analyze listing-level performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Report on marketplace trends, issues, and growth opportunities

Cross-Platform Coordination

  • Maintain consistency of product data, pricing, branding, and messaging across all channels
  • Partner with marketing, operations, supply chain, and creative teams to support launches and updates
  • Coordinate new product onboarding, seasonal updates, and catalog expansions

Operational Excellence

  • Manage listing errors, suppressed products, and platform compliance issues
  • Support inventory visibility, fulfillment alignment (FBA, WFS, dropship, etc.), and availability accuracy
  • Assist with promotions, deals, and marketplace-specific merchandising programs

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing e-commerce or marketplace product listings
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major marketplaces (Home Depot and Lowe’s strongly preferred)
  • Experience with SPS Commerce is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of product data management, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Experience using analytics tools and marketplace dashboards
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in capturing, cleaning, and visualizing data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing product catalogs or complex assortments
  • Familiarity with PIM systems, feed management tools, or listing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Google ads etc.)
  • Firm understanding of EDI compliance and onboarding
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or DTC environments
  • B2C experience is preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing and graphic design
