Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to support a foam and mattress production facility. This position involves cutting foam materials, assembling products, and working in various production areas such as the bandsaw and glue booth. The environment is climate-controlled and requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

-Cut foam to specifications using a bandsaw and tape measure
-Assemble foam products using spray glue equipment in a glue booth
-Move materials and finished products using pallet jacks
-Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and accuracy
-Assist with scrap material handling using a baler when needed
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

-Ability to stand for the entire shift
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
-Basic math skills (measuring and cutting foam accurately)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
-Closed-toe shoes required (pants or shorts allowed)
