Packaging Production Supervisor

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Shift: 1st

Pay: $54k-$74k/yr + yearly bonus

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience working in a GMP regulated environment required
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, quality systems, batch documentation, and compliance procedures
• Experience with ERP systems and production support operations including labeling, filling, and packaging
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain an active floor presence while supervising daily Production Support operations and workflow
• Oversee labeling, cartridge/container preparation, filling, packaging, and related production support activities to ensure quality and customer specifications are met
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while enforcing company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures
• Review batch tickets, troubleshoot production discrepancies, and support corrective and preventive actions as needed
• Coordinate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and resolve operational challenges
• Monitor adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements while supporting audits and documentation accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to staffing, scheduling, equipment, and operational efficiency
