Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Office Coordinator associate for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily office and administrative tasks
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain organized paperwork, filing systems, and office records
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Support scheduling, communication, and office coordination activities
  • Provide customer service to clients, vendors, and staff
  • Assist management with additional office duties as assigned
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in the workplace

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent office or administrative/clerical experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer service and phone etiquette experience
  • Basic administrative and clerical knowledge
