🕒 Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning & Logistics Coordinator to support daily yard operations, equipment tracking, and logistics coordination within a fast-paced oilfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track the location of all hydraulic fracturing equipment
• Follow the maintenance yard flow chart to coordinate equipment through the yard
• Maintain communication with departments regarding maintenance workload, work orders, and equipment status updates
• Verify accurate completion of work orders and testing before equipment is cleared for field operation
• Update and maintain equipment trackers
• Coordinate Heavy Haul equipment movement and provide required documentation to drivers
• Create work orders upon equipment arrival to the yard
• Monitor stage counts and update Pump Fleet Focus
• Promptly respond to phone calls, texts, and emails
• Maintain compliance with all HSE policies and PPE requirements

Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 1 year of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience required
✔ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong computer and communication skills
✔ Oilfield experience is a plus

✔Must be able to work a rotating schedule: 5am to 5pm AND 5pm to 5am; 14 days on and 7 days off
