Warehouse Associate
Location:  Billerica, MA
Pay:      $21-$23/hour
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday

Our packaging services client in North Billerica is seeking a reliable and dependable Associate for their warehouse operations. This role includes material handling, inventory management, packaging, shipping and receiving, and assisting with the assembly of foam packaging and wooden crates.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:

  • Loading/Unloading Shipments (corrugated/foam packing materials, hardware etc.)
  • Palletizing Product; Pulls and put aways as directed by supervisors
  • Recording proper documentation within multiple systems
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
  • Pull and stage materials for production and customer orders
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand tools
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
  • Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Other Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in shipping, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
  • Basic understanding of load securing and delivery documentation
  • Experience driving a 26’ box truck
  • Forklift experience is strongly favored
