We’re seeking a dependable, customer‑oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across three self‑storage facilities in the Cumberland County area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in maintaining clean and secure properties, and thrives in a customer‑facing environment.
Customer Service — Greet customers, answer inquiries, provide tours, and assist with rentals.
Property Oversight — Maintain cleanliness of units and grounds, perform lock checks, and ensure facility security.
Sales & Leasing — Process rentals, payments, and lease agreements; promote facility features and services.
Administrative Tasks — Manage records, update software systems, and handle daily reporting.
Multi‑Site Support — Travel between three assigned locations as needed to support operations.
Customer‑service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working independently
Basic computer proficiency (rental software experience a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform light maintenance tasks
Willingness to work weekends and rotate between multiple sites
