• Answering the phones and transferring to the correct people
• Answering any questions anyone has
• Keeping the lobby area clean
• Delivering packages to residences doors (or mail)
• Monitoring parking areas

Requirements:

• Must have customer service skills
• Great communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to handle a multi-phone line system
