Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and energetic Donations Attendant / Delivery Driver for a local client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being involved in both customer service and hands-on operations.
 
Wednesday – Sunday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
In this dual-role position, you will assist with donation intake, customer service, and local pick-up/delivery of donated items. You’ll play an important part in supporting daily retail operations while ensuring a positive experience for donors, customers, and the community.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to donors, customers, and volunteers
  • Load and unload donations from customer vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Drive to pick up donations from the community
  • Sort, process, and prepare incoming donations
  • Stock inventory and assist in creating merchandise displays
  • Assist customers with purchases and general inquiries
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to sales and safe merchandise handling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support efficient day-to-day retail and donation operations

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a high energy level
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience in delivery driving, warehouse, or retail environments preferred
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform heavy physical work, including:
    • Lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs
    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
