Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow work instructions
• Perform assembly and material handling across production lines
• Support line startup, shutdown, and changeovers to reduce downtime
• Monitor equipment and processes to maintain production flow and meet targets
• Conduct in-process quality checks and verify materials/part numbers
• Maintain product traceability using barcode scanners and production systems
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, and abnormal conditions
• Accurately record production, scrap, and quality data
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) and collaborate with team members
