Job Summary:

Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime in a fast-paced solar module manufacturing environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and temporary positions at no cost to candidates. Placement cannot be guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic automation issues
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns to support production uptime
  • Support equipment startup and shutdown procedures
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inspections
  • Assist with root cause analysis and recommend improvements
  • Maintain tools, spare parts, and a clean work area

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Experience in solar, electronics, semiconductor, or automated manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, and motors
  • PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred)
  • Experience with CMMS systems is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces
  • Follow all OSHA, LOTO, electrical safety, and machine guarding requirements; PPE must be worn at all times.
