Job Summary:

Leads and supports the night shift maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate night shift maintenance team on corrective and preventive tasks
  • Train, evaluate, and develop team members while promoting accountability
  • Troubleshoot PLC systems (Omron, Keyence) including sensors, and communications
  • Oversee equipment repair and specialized process troubleshooting
  • Enforce safety protocols, including work on energized (“hot”) systems using proper PPE

Requirements & Skills:

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (2+ years in a supervisory role)
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing (solar, semiconductor, or similar preferred)
  • Knowledge of PLC systems, industrial vision systems, or robotics
  • Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
  • Communicate effectively between day/night shifts to ensure continuity of issues and progress
