Position Info: The Clinical Team Supervisor II oversees clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides clinical supervision in accordance with BBS requirements. This role is responsible for supervision of associate-level staff, approval of documentation, and maintaining program quality and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level staff
- Review and approve clinical documentation for compliance
- Oversee service delivery and regulatory alignment
- Monitor documentation, billing, and staff productivity
- Lead audits and corrective action efforts
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Respond to complex or high-risk clinical situations
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, MFT, Counseling, or related field
- Active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist)
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

Skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and Medi-Cal
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Experience with EHR systems

Schedule & Compensation
-Full-Time, M-Fc
-$48.05-$58.46 per hour

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Role includes office and field-based work environments
