Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Apartment Porter / Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our apartment community. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in janitorial services, maintenance support, landscaping, or custodial work who take pride in keeping properties clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including common areas, hallways, parking lots, and amenities
• Perform daily groundskeeping duties such as trash removal, litter pickup, and debris cleanup
• Assist with janitorial and custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing
• Ensure all trash dumpsters and recycling areas are clean and organized
• Support maintenance team with light maintenance tasks and work orders as needed
• Monitor property for safety hazards and report issues promptly
• Follow company standards and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a porter, groundskeeper, janitor, custodian, or maintenance assistant preferred
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and maintenance tools
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
