Caseworker – (Brownsville, TX)

We are seeking a motivated Caseworker to support individuals and families in need. This is a meaningful role focused on connecting clients to essential resources and helping them achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake, interviews, and needs assessments
• Develop and manage individualized service plans
• Connect clients to housing, food, healthcare, employment, and legal resources
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
• Track client progress and provide follow-up support
• Collaborate with community partners and service providers
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with agency guidelines

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $14/hour 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field
• OR prior experience in case management or social services
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
