Salary: $22-25/hour

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our client's team in Eagan. This role is critical in ensuring that technicians are efficiently scheduled and that customers receive timely, high-quality service.

You’ll be the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams—keeping schedules on track, resolving issues quickly, and supporting daily operations. If you enjoy multitasking, working in a fast-paced environment, and being the “go-to” person for coordination, this is a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule technicians for inspections and service calls
• Contact customers to schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments
• Optimize routes and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
• Process and assign incoming work orders
• Maintain accurate service files and track job progress
• Order materials and arrange equipment for appointments
• Coordinate logistics to support technicians in the field
• Provide general administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service
• Experience working in construction, service, or field service environments is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
