Client Services Representative (CSR)

?? Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overview:
We’re hiring a Client Services Representative to manage order processing, scheduling, and customer communication while delivering a smooth, positive client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process and schedule orders accurately and on time
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
• Track deadlines, manage priorities, and multitask effectively
• Provide updates on order status and inventory
• Assist customers with inquiries and follow up after completion
• Monitor online reviews and maintain a clean reception area
• Support additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
• Industry experience is a plus, but not required
