Inside Sales Associate – Upscale Retail (Mandeville, LA)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour + Benefits

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our upscale retail team in Mandeville. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales, and maintaining a polished retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, provide product guidance, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience
• Sales & Promotion: Meet daily and monthly sales goals using upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Transactions: Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using a POS system
• Merchandising: Maintain stocked shelves, organized displays, and a clean, inviting sales floor
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on products, promotions, and store policies

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Professional, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
