Front Counter Sales

Salary: $18/hour

Job Description: Are you a knowledgeable and energetic individual with a passion for customer care and the power of teamwork? As a Front Counter Sales Associate, you’ll provide world-class service to both retail and professional customers, support management with tasks such as maintaining showroom appearance, and assist in inventory control.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance and organization of our showroom while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Sell and service a variety of safes, including creating and duplicating keys, programming car fobs, and re-keying lock cylinders.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and assist in inventory management.

Schedule:

• Initial schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• After training, this role will include a rotation of Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Motivated to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
