CNC Set Up Machinist
Shift: 1st shift Pay: $27-30/hr BOE Where: near eastside of IndianapolisEvaluation Hire
Duties:
Setup operations on various CNC machines including ID, OD, and profile grinders.
Make off-set and wheel changes to CNC machine setup parameters as needed to maintain quality.
Use Guardian ERP system to control part quantities and location.
In conjunction with manufacturing engineering will aid other less experienced CNC machine operators with setups and operation of various CNC machining and grinding machines.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform setups of new and existing parts on CNC lathes, OD grinder, ID grinder, profile grinders and milling centers.
Experience with Okuma, Okamoto, Haas and Studer Controls a plus.
