If you can run production, read your own prints, and hold tight tolerances without someone checking your work, this is for you.

A precision machining shop in Odessa is looking for a CNC Operator who knows both mills and lathes, runs Haas and Fanuc controls, and can move between production runs and job shop variety without missing a beat. 4-day workweek, no weekends.

Pay and Schedule:

$22-$27/hr based on experience 

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Every weekend is a 3-day weekend Odessa, FL | Immediate opening

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running established CNC programs on mills and lathes in a production environment
• Reading prints, dialing in offsets, getting it right the first time
• Inspecting your own parts with calipers, micrometers, and gages, etc
• Holding tight tolerances and maintaining consistency across runs
• Making tooling and offset adjustments as needed
• Following shop safety and quality procedures

What You Need

• 3+ years of CNC experience on both mills and lathes
• Haas and/or Fanuc control experience
• Confident blueprint reader, you work from the print, not from habit
• Precision measuring tools are second nature
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
