Assembly Associate

Location:
Plant City, FL

Pay:

• $14.92/hour to start
• Increase to $16.19/hour after 90 days
• Company is looking to hire directly after 90 days based on performance and attendance

Schedule:

• 1st Shift Only
• 4-day work week (40 hours)
• Monday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Friday
• 10-hour shifts

Job Duties:

• Assemble flexible ducting products
• Follow production and assembly instructions
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Work Environment:

• Air-conditioned production facility
• Clean and organized manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
