Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, and accurately scanning products using an RF scan gun to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have recent sit-down forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

This position operates in a warehouse setting with heat but no air conditioning, so candidates must be comfortable working in warmer temperatures during the summer months. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a pay increase upon permanent hire.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Experience using RF scan guns
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to load/unload trucks and pick orders accurately
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with heat exposure
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
