Job Summary:

We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our landscaping team. This position is responsible for assisting with a variety of outdoor landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, weed control, fertilizing, soil preparation, laying sod, and spreading mulch. Team members will also help with setting up and cleaning up job sites while using landscaping tools such as shovels and trimmers.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in landscaping — no prior experience required. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting between 30–50 lbs throughout the workday.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to use basic landscaping tools and equipment including shovels and trimmers
