Dispatch / Customer Service Representative

• Temporary position | Starting ASAP – end of April
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 5p-2a
• $22– 24/ hour DOE
• Work performed in Mankato

 

Job Responsibilities

• Assigns loads & routes to drivers based on customer needs
• Main point of contact for customers
• Coaching, planning, assigning work, addressing complaints, and resolving issues
• Trailer monitoring
• Maintaining oral & written communication

 

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree: or 3-4 years of related experience.
