Our client is seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to support warehouse operations by packaging and processing products for online customers through Multipule distributors, including Amazon’s distribution network. The role focuses on order fulfillment, packing, and accurate data entry to ensure timely, error-free shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment following Amazon fulfillment requirements
• Use computers and warehouse software to process orders and print shipping labels
• Scan packages using handheld scanners to ensure order accuracy
• Perform data entry for orders, tracking information, and inventory updates
• Inspect products for quality and correct quantities before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily shipping deadlines and productivity goals
• Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry required
• Experience using scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent weekday schedule

Pay and Benefits

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay: $18-19/HR DOE to start, with a pay increase upon permanent hire
• Evaluation to Hire
