Salary: 18.00 an hr plus commissions

About the Role

As an Insurance producer, you will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions across personal, commercial, and life insurance products. You’ll build long-term relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and help clients make informed financial protection decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Advise clients on suitable insurance products
• Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Manage claims support and client inquiries professionally
• Achieving sales and retention targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance sales
• Relevant insurance licensing/certifications are a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Microsoft Office
