We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious General Laborer for a short-term overnight assignment at a Walmart location. This role involves assisting with general labor tasks, maintaining a clean work environment, and supervising the safety of customers and bystanders in areas where lift equipment is in use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor areas where lift equipment is being operated to ensure the safety of customers, employees, and bystanders
  • Act as a spotter for lift operations, maintaining clear communication with operators
  • Set up and maintain safe work zones, ensuring restricted areas are respected
  • Pick up and dispose of trash and debris to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
  • Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned
  • Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures at all times
  • Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work overnight shifts for the duration of the 2-week assignment
  • Strong attention to safety and awareness of surroundings
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
  • Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
