Salary: $17/hr

We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a solar panel frame manufacturing facility in the Madison & Stoughton area. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing environment focused on renewable energy production.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – Midnight

Pay: $17/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Load materials and adjust machine settings as needed
• Inspect parts during production for defects or inconsistencies
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
• Record production and inspection data accurately
• Identify and report equipment or quality issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support team production goals and daily output

Skills & Experience:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Comfortable working with machines and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Forklift experience is a huge plus (not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
