Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Mandatory Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 

Position Overview

We are hiring for a full-time, temp-to-perm position that begins as a Warehouse Associate and transitions into an Inside Counter Sales Representative role once product knowledge and company familiarity are established. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with customer-facing sales duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing, loading, and handling materials
• Cut pipe and other materials to precise specifications
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (training available if needed)
• Assist customers at the sales counter with orders, questions, and product recommendations
• Build product knowledge to effectively support sales and customer needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16"
• Comfortable performing heavy, physical work in indoor and outdoor conditions
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Torch Cutting experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and shift between warehouse and customer service duties
