Cabinet Installer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Shavertown, PA

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for the precise installation of kitchen cabinetry and related components in residential settings. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install kitchen cabinets, moldings, and hardware according to layout plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to ensure a precise fit
• Inspect products before installation to identify any defects or inconsistencies
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding project progress
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs)
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Work Environment

• Primarily residential job sites
• Fast-paced, hands-on work
• Physical labor including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day
