Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Custodian / Warehouse Maintenance

Associate to maintain cleanliness and organization at our warehouse facilities located in Pharr and McAllen. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining two warehouse locations in Pharr and one location in McAllen while operating a company vehicle during the workday.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining a clean and safe environment for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse facilities, offices, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, and sanitize designated areas daily
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Travel between warehouse locations using a company vehicle
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Maintain organized storage areas and cleaning equipment
• Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be comfortable driving the company vehicle between locations
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift cleaning supplies throughout the shift

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: $11.00 per hour
