We have been asked by a school in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will support the daily operation of campus facilities by performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and preventative tasks across building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction. This is a small, collaborative, and flexible environment where you’ll wear multiple hats to help ensure a safe, clean, and functional campus for staff and students.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
Pay: $17.02 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time with minimal requirements for off-hours, weekends, and emergency response

What will you do as a Maintenance Technician?
- Complete and track work orders in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment
- Assist with HVAC operation and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and facility issues
- Open, secure, and maintain buildings and grounds
- Support construction and repair projects (drywall, flooring, painting)
- Install/repair wiring, fixtures, and plumbing components
- Move equipment, manage supplies, and maintain inventory
- Provide support to faculty, staff, and students as needed
- Follow safety procedures and assist with inspections and compliance
What qualifications will you have as a Maintenance Technician?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) and work order systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally)
- Experience using tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment
- Understanding of basic electrical systems (110V / 208–220V)
- Ability to follow safety procedures, including LOTO
