Salary: $22-$24/hr

Responsibilities

  • Train and guide new service administrators in call center procedures and systems
  • Communicate directly with customers, including distributors, regarding service needs and updates
  • Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues
  • Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and process service-related documentation
  • Issue credits and process adjustments as needed
  • Manage service accommodations and customer service resolutions
  • Administer labor agreements and ensure proper handling of service-related labor costs
  • Process and coordinate labor payments related to service accommodations
  • Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or service administration preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with customers and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processing
