• Prepared and cleaned job sites before and after projects
  • Loaded, unloaded, and organized building materials and tools
  • Used hand and power tools to assist with framing, roofing, flooring, and finishing work
  • Measured and cut materials according to project specifications
  • Maintained safe work practices and followed company safety guidelines
  • Worked collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
  • Ensured quality workmanship and customer satisfaction throughout each project

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with ability to learn and operate tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday
  • Must wear required PPE including steel-toed boots, gloves, and hard hat
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical labor environment
  • Strong attention to safety and following workplace procedures
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
