RV Mechanic

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Overtime Available
Pay: $20–$30/hour DOE

We are hiring for a family-oriented RV shop in Mesa looking for a dependable and hardworking RV Mechanic to join our team. We take pride in quality work, honest service, and maintaining a positive shop environment where everyone works together. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on motorhomes and travel trailers
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, generators, water systems, slide-outs, and electrical components
• Complete brake, suspension, tire, and basic engine-related repairs
• Install and repair RV accessories and components
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly with management and customers
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Previous RV mechanic, automotive, trailer, diesel, or related mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues independently
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop/outdoor environment
• Welding, electrical, or HVAC experience is a plus
