Driver (Automotive)

Salary: $20.00 to $23.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking a Driver (Automotive) for an automotive services company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a long-term, day shift, contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Compensation starts at $20.00 to $23.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles between customer locations and service centers
• Deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians and customers
• Gather and document vehicle information to ensure accurate service records
• Communicate mechanical or service-related issues to team leads
• Support general shop organization and logistics
• Assist technicians and office staff

 

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive or dealership environments is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working in automotive shop environments
• Reliable with a history of dependability
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
