2nd Shift Outdoor Forklift Driver

Located in Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $19.00-19.50/hr

Company Information: A Southside recycling company is hiring Outdoor Yard Laborers to their team that can work both inside and outside!

Ideal candidates for this position will have at least six months of previous experience in a yard or outdoor environment.

Outdoor Yard Laborer's Pay/Benefits:

Outdoor Yard Laborer's Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10pm
• Will have to train on a 1st shift schedule for several weeks 
• OT not common

Outdoor Yard Laborer's Job Duties:

• Inside you will be sorting through recyclable items like plastic and cardboard
• Outside you will be picking up paper that is along the fence line
• Will operate a sit-down forklift to distribute material around the facility

Outdoor Yard Laborer's Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Must have recent experience working in a yard or similar outdoor environment
• Must be able to work comfortably outside in the elements.
• Minimum of 6 months previous sit-down forklift experience
