PACKER / UNLOADER – 2ND SHIFT
Pay Rate: $15 - $16.00

Shift: 2nd Shift 

 

We are hiring for a Packer/Unloader at a partnered metal manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for receiving freshly painted parts from the paint line, inspecting them for quality, packaging them correctly according to specifications, labeling accurately, and preparing items for shipment. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.

Job Duties:

You will be removing finished parts from the conveyor, checking for defects, placing items into proper packaging, labeling with correct product information, building pallets, maintaining accurate counts, and keeping the work area clean. Other duties as assigned.

This position involves repetitive lifting and movement of parts of various sizes, including heavy items. Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to follow procedures are required.

Shift:
Full-Time
10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
Saturdays as needed

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing experience helpful but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the shift
Ability to stand and work for extended periods
