Primary Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping requests to determine materials and items to be moved or shipped
• Pick, pull, stage, and distribute materials, tools, and products throughout the facility
• Fill customer orders and prepare shipments for packing and delivery
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated racks, shelves, or storage locations
• Record materials received, distributed, or shipped accurately in company systems
• Use ERP systems and computer software to locate inventory, run stock lists, and track materials
• Respond to production requests for needed materials and communicate delivery timelines
• Inspect incoming shipments and report shortages or discrepancies
• Label, weigh, count, and verify materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Maintain safe and organized shipping and warehouse work areas

Required Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently (team lift assistance for heavier items)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move throughout an 8-hour shift

 

Compensation: $16–$17/hr (Benefit Package Available)

Schedule

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm
Flexibility to start early, stay late, and occasional Saturdays as needed
