Packaging Associate - Entry Level

This is an entry-level role.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our client’s team in Lake Oswego. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing products for shipment by packaging, labeling, and ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Package products according to company specifications and quality standards
• Label, seal, and prepare items for shipping
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30  lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic communication skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4 PM

Pay: $18/hr. to start
