Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring goals

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels

• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards

Qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting for [healthcare / IT / industrial / clerical / professional services / etc.] roles preferred

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Agency staffing experience

• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices

• LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platform experience

• Proven placement and retention success
